The Post-Graduates Program in Lyon (France) is an opportunity for recent graduates or returning students to go deeper with God and launch fully into their calling. Building on the foundational experience of the five-month School of Ministry (SOM) in Toronto, this program is specifically designed to help you develop both personally and in ministry, equipping you to become a leader who makes a lasting impact.

With a focus on spiritual growth, leadership development, and hands-on ministry experience, this program will guide you in discovering and fulfilling your God-given call. Whether you're just starting your journey or returning for further development, you will be empowered with the tools and resources to lead effectively for your ministry and future projects.

Who is this for ?

You are under 35 and have completed the Catch The Fire School of Ministry (Heart or/and Advance):
 

  • You have a heart for Europe (with a 2-month base in France).

  • You have a project and need support to develop it.

  • You are eager to grow in a specific area of ministry.

Program Length

The program spans 5 months:
 
2 core months: Foundational teachings and leadership development.

3 months internship: Hands-on exprience to apply what you've learned.


Mentorship plays a key role in this program, including one-on-one mentoring and peer coaching. Participants will also have long-term options to explore.

Structure and Mentorship

During the program, you'll be part of a weekly small group and receive one-on-one mentoring to support your personal and leadership journey.The structure continues during the internship phase, with weekly group sessions, peer coaching, and individual mentoring.

CORE BASE MODULE
- 2 months

Throughout the initial two months, participants will engage in modules focused on both personal growth and ministry leadership, including:

Intimacy: Deepening your spiritual life

Bible Study: Effective techniques and tips

Eschatology & Israel: Understanding biblical prophecy

Contemporary Issues: Addressing modern challenges like New Age beliefs, abortion, and more from a biblical perspective

Relationships & Family: Guidance on personal relationships, parenting, and more

Prayer & Intercession: Exploring spiritual warfare and developing a prayer lifestyle

Evangelism & Community Service: Practical strategies for sharing the gospel

Revival: Learning from historical revivals

Prophetic: Understanding and interpreting dreams and symbols

Healthy Lifestyle: Life coaching, managing finances, and maintaining health

Inner Healing: Personal healing and provide tools

Five-Fold Ministry: Discovering your role within the church

Kingdom Mindset: Aligning your attitude with God’s Kingdom

Politics, Culture & Society: Navigating modern societal issues from a biblical standpoint

Leadership: Team building, conflict resolution, and Spirit-led decision making

Project Management: Effective planning, funding, and execution

Public Speaking: Testimony sharing, preaching, and Spirit-led leadership

Ministry Team Training: Developing ministry team effectiveness

Supernatural & Healing: Practicing healing and supernatural gifts

Speakers will include pastors, missionaries, Catch The Fire world leaders, and other influential voices.

Structure and Mentorship

INTERNSHIP TRACKS
3 months

Participants will engage in a track for at least three months, allowing them to develop their skills and apply their learning in a focused ministry area. The available tracks may include business, creative projects, technology and social networks, prophetic ministry, preaching, worship, missions and nations, church planting, houses of prayer, and evangelism...

Where you can serve:

You will serve in France and Europe during the mandatory two-month core period. For the three-months internship, participants will have opportunities to serve across Europe or even worldwide, depending on their chosen track and receiving church or ministry.

Accommodation

During the two-month core program, we will provide accommodation. Food and transportation will need to be covered by the student.
 
During the internship phase, accommodation and meals will be provided by the host church or ministry.

Price

For the first two months in France : 1 500€

(includes teachings & accommodation)
