Destiny Finder
You will complete the Destiny Finder assessment, developed by Dr. Michael Brodeur at destinyfinder.com. This powerful tool has helped thousands of believers around the world discover their God-given gifts, passions, and purpose, giving you a clear and practical map for the road ahead.
Your Mentor
We will ask you to choose a personal mentor, someone further along the journey who can speak into your life, your project, and your calling. We believe growth always happens in relationship, and having the right voice in your life makes all the difference.
Your Project
We will ask you to identify a personal project, and we will walk alongside you to help you develop and carry it out. This is where formation meets real life, and where your vision begins to take shape.
Your assignement
During the program, you'll have monthly assignments and receive one-on-one mentoring from your chosen mentor to support your personal and leadership journey.

During the program, you'll be part of a weekly small group and receive one-on-one mentoring to support your personal and leadership journey.
The structure continues during the internship phase, with weekly group sessions, peer coaching, and individual mentoring.
